fantastic stay in the heart of it all

the room was spacious. it was a duplex quadruple family room. i found the luxurious interior very clean. the hotel staff organized a special cake because it was my birthday (thanks to james!). the breakfast was excellent. it included many choices with quality ingredients. the staff accommodated my dietary requirements specifically (i needed gluten-free options).

the elevator was out of service , a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is right in the center. it is in a very central yet amazingly quiet location. this allows for easy access to main attractions without sacrificing a super calm place during your stay, which i found great.

The room included a mini-bar with complimentary soft drinks, which I found really nice. The breakfast had multiple options, including pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. The staff provided helpful information about nearby attractions and restaurants. I was charmed by the nice courtyard, a quiet space for reading.

I was a little disappointed that the elevator was out of service . It made accessing upper floors difficult with luggage. I hope this issue is addressed soon .

the hotel location was quite central, a short walk to main square. it was acceptable.

The room was clean, i'll give them that. however, the decor felt dated, almost aggressively so. i also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise definitely filtered in, disturbing my sleep.

The room was spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast provided. The staff were helpful. The location was superb and close to everything.

The service was not great. I had indicated before I arrived that I needed a parking space as I was travelling with a motorcycle. Upon arrival, late in the evening, no parking space was available. I found this disappointing.
